CLAIMS assistance

We work direct with your insurance carrier to properly asses your damages and provide a complete and accurate scope of work to be submitted after all mitigation services have been completed to IICRC standards set forth. We do not provide free estimates. All work is to be completed to IICRC standards bye certified technicians, subcontractors and or licensed professionals. Estimates may be provided at a separate cost according to services, parts equipment, materials & or labor provided. Looking for the best contractor is more beneficial than looking for the cheapest during these situations as many of these issues are more complex and should be handled bye a real professional.

All Pricing is a set standard provided bye Insurance industry software. Adjustments for local contractor pricing & or OH&P may be required when Xactimate fails to allow the ACV of any repair or service. All clients are responsible for the deductibles amount owed at time of signing.

We will properly asses and identify any source, hazards or concerns with state of the art detection equipment and IICRC training standards that may have been overlooked. Our 3rd party IEP will also perform all necessary test prior to the start of any remediation, restoration and or disturbance of possibly contaminated materials.

We deploy highly experienced 3rd party licensed IEP’s & highly trained IICRC technicians with a proven background to ensure quality satisfaction & regulatory compliance. We adhere to strict IICRC, EPA, OSHA, federal & state standard practices & guidelines to limit carrier & contractor risk & liability as well as to ensure safe and healthy practices are provided to the insured/client.
